How long does shipping take for a new bike?
Most bikes are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, bikes arrive 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle. We recommend professional assembly at a local shop to ensure peak performance and safety.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unridden items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with Affirm and Klarna to provide flexible payment plans. You can select these options at checkout to split your purchase into manageable monthly installments.
How do I know which bike size is right for me?
Each product page includes a specific size chart based on rider height. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Every bike we sell comes with a manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects. Components like tires and tubes are considered wear-and-tear items and are generally not covered under standard warranties.
