At City Grounds, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all new and unused bikes, parts, and accessories. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you get back on the road with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand-new, uninstalled condition with all original packaging and tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or use our returns portal to submit a request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items—ideally in the original shipping box—and clearly mark your RMA number on the outside before dropping it off at a local carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our mechanics inspect the returned gear to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
